We gather monthly at South Side Baptist Church with other men to challenge each other in Scripture and in truth. This fellowship of men is in commitment with one another to better understand what biblical manhood means, live out this understanding of biblical manhood alongside each other, and finally raise up other men. Men, being men, raising men.
To see men understand, live, and raise up others in biblical manhood. Biblical Manhood consists of leading, loving, providing, and protecting. A man of God iscalled to lead himself by denying himself, following Jesus, and helping others do the same.A man of God is called to lead his family as head of the home. A man of God is called to lovehis family with cruciform love. A man of God is called to provide holistically for his family.A man of God is called to protect his family from physical and spiritual danger.
To resurrect biblical manhood through the regular fellowship of men where we are beingchallenged by God’s Word, sharpened by each other, and actively raising other men to buildup His church and bring Him glory.
